Attorney Profiles
The office comprises two associated attorneys and several collaborator attorneys. Special emphasis was laid on the attentive recruitment and training of the attorneys. In order to continuously improve our services, we have put on a professional training programme that consists of support regarding the post-graduate studies and training seasons.
Gabriel N. Turcu
Attorney from the Bucharest Bar Association, acting both as a barrister and a legal consultant, specialized in Civil Law issues and in intellectual property issues. Since November 2000, he is the president of the Romanian Anticounterfeiting Association REACT Romania. He has published a number of studies and articles on the protection of the intellectual property rights, and organizes courses and training symposiums in the field.
