Turcu & Turcu Law Office was established in 2001 with the main purpose to offer its clients quality services in legal consultancy as well as assistance and representation in law courts.
The policy of our work with the clients is based on the flexibility with which we treat each problem. This flexibility is expressed by our adjusting the manner in which we deal with a problem to the personality of the client. To this end, we encourage a direct and continuous communication with the client.
Our purpose is to establish long-lasting relationships with our clients by turning them into faithful solicitors of our legal services. If our main argument is the quality of the services we offer, we are aware of the fact that a long-lasting relationship is based on trust and communication.
On these solid grounds, our office succeeded in gaining considerable reputation on a European level. A proof of this international recognition is the partnership with the European Anticounterfeiting Association REACT, which allows us to manage the legal interests of the Association and of the member companies in Central and Eastern Europe. At the same time, TURCU & TURCU is the general representative of more than 50 international companies for problems regarding the protection of intellectual property rights and the problem of anticounterfeiting in Romania.
